Terms of Service – Avatar Padel

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Avatar Padel website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Correct pricing errors — we will contact you before processing payment if a product is incorrectly priced.
Limit quantities per customer or household.

Order confirmation emails do not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders after confirmation in exceptional circumstances.

3. Custom Orders

By placing a custom order you confirm that:

You own or have the right to use any artwork, logos, or images submitted.
You indemnify Avatar Padel against any intellectual property claims arising from your submitted artwork.
Custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect (see our Refund Policy).
Avatar Padel may reject artwork that is offensive, illegal, or infringes third-party rights.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment is taken in full at the time of order, processed securely by Stripe.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, and the 3D configurator software — is the property of Avatar Padel or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Avatar Padel's liability is limited to the price paid for the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
