Processing Time
Processing time depends on whether you have ordered a standard product or a custom / personalised racket.
- Standard products: 1–2 business days to dispatch.
- Custom / personalised padels: 7–14 business days to produce, followed by dispatch.
- Rush production: 3–5 business days upon request. Please contact us before ordering.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

The following delivery windows are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. Customs processing or courier delays may affect international delivery times.
Insurance & Tracking
All orders are fully insured and dispatched with a tracking number.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant tracking information.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by their country.
Avatar Padel does not control these charges and cannot predict their value.
If a shipment is refused at customs and returned to us, the product cost will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees.
We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing an order.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately .
Avatar Padel cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied during checkout.
