Refund Policy

1. Standard Products (Non-Custom)

For standard padels (not custom-designed), you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

2. Custom & Personalised Orders

We will provide a full refund or free replacement for custom orders only if:

• The padel arrives damaged — report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• There is a manufacturing defect verified by our team.
• The padel received does not match your confirmed design specification.

Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or artwork errors made by the customer do not qualify.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

All our shipments are insured. Please do not discard packaging — photos of the packaging may be required for the insurance claim.

4. How to Request a Return / Refund

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll review within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility.
3. If approved, we'll send return instructions (standard returns) or arrange a replacement/refund (defect claims).
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Credit/debit card: 5–7 business days
• PayPal: 3–5 business days
• Bank transfer (bulk orders): 3–5 business days

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.

6. Exchanges

We only replace standard items if they arrive defective or damaged. For a different product, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
