What materials are your padels made from?
We offer three face materials:
- 3K Carbon Fiber — tight weave, maximum rigidity and power. Best for aggressive baseline players.
- 12K Carbon Fiber — wider weave, more flex and touch. Best for technical and net players.
- Premium Fiberglass — consistent performance across the full face. Best for all-round and developing players.
What shapes do you offer?
We offer three shapes: Round (larger sweet spot, great for control), Diamond (smaller sweet spot, more power), and Teardrop (the balanced all-rounder). All shapes are available across all materials.
What is the weight of your padels?
Our padels typically range from 350g to 375g depending on material and shape. Carbon padels tend to be slightly lighter than fiberglass. Contact us if weight is a critical factor for you.
Are your padels approved for competition?
Our pro-series padels meet standard padel regulations for recreational and club play. If you need a padel certified for a specific federation, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the correct spec.
How does the custom design process work?
Use our 3D Design Studio to configure your padel — choose shape, material, colors, and upload artwork. Once happy with the preview, add to cart and check out. We'll produce and ship it to you.
What artwork formats do you accept?
We accept SVG, PDF, AI, and high-resolution PNG/JPG (minimum 300 DPI at print size). For best results, provide vector files. Our design team can assist with artwork prep for a small fee.
Can I order for my club or team?
Yes — we offer bulk pricing for orders of 10 or more padels with consistent team branding. Contact us for a custom quote.
Can I see a proof before the full order?
For bulk orders (10+) we can provide a single proof padel before the full run. For individual custom orders, our 3D configurator provides an accurate real-time preview. Physical proofs for single orders are not available.
How long does a custom padel take to produce?
Standard production is 7–14 business days from order confirmation. Rush orders (3–5 business days) are available for an extra fee — contact us before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer for bulk orders. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications are possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production may have started. Contact us immediately if you need to amend anything.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. UK orders arrive within 2–3 business days of dispatch. International orders take 5–10 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full rates.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. All orders are shipped fully insured. If damaged in transit, we will replace your padel at no cost.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Track directly on the carrier's website or through your account on our site.
Can I return a custom padel?
Custom-designed padels are made specifically for you and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Standard padels can be returned within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
My padel arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. All shipments are insured.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds process within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
