1. Processing Time
- Standard products: 1–2 business days to dispatch.
- Custom / personalised padels: 7–14 business days to produce, then dispatched.
- Rush production (upon request): 3–5 business days — contact us before ordering.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
3. Insurance & Tracking
All orders are fully insured and dispatched with a tracking number. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
4. International Orders & Customs
For international orders, you (the buyer) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Avatar Padel has no control over these charges. If a package is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the product cost minus original and return shipping fees.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error after placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
