What materials are your rackets made from?

We offer three face materials:

3K Carbon Fiber — a tighter weave for rigidity and power.
12K Carbon Fiber — greater flexibility, touch, and controlled response.
Premium Fiberglass — forgiving, consistent all-round performance.

Every racket also uses a premium EVA foam core and high-quality grip.

What racket shapes do you offer?

We offer Round for control and a larger sweet spot, Diamond for more power, and Teardrop for balanced all-round performance.

What is the typical racket weight?

Most rackets range from 350g to 375g, depending on material, balance, and shape. Contact us before ordering when a specific weight range is essential.

Are your rackets suitable for competitive play?

Our performance rackets are designed for recreational, club, and competitive use. For a specific federation or tournament standard, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the appropriate specification.

How does the custom design process work?

Open the 3D Design Studio, select your racket style and materials, choose colors, add artwork, preview the result, and complete your order.

What artwork formats do you accept?

Vector files such as SVG, PDF, or AI provide the best result. High-resolution PNG and JPG files can also be used when they are clear and large enough for print.

Can I order custom rackets for a club or team?

Yes. We support team, academy, event, retail, and club orders with consistent branding and volume options. Request a tailored quote.

Can I approve a proof before production?

The 3D configurator provides a real-time digital preview. For larger bulk projects, proof and sample options can be discussed before the main production run.

How long does a custom racket take to produce?

Standard custom production commonly takes 7–14 business days after the design and order details are confirmed. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment options are shown during checkout. Bulk and trade projects may also qualify for alternative payment arrangements after approval.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Contact us immediately after ordering. Changes may be possible before production begins, but they cannot be guaranteed once manufacturing has started.

Where do you ship?

Is my shipment protected?

Orders are packed carefully for transport. Contact support immediately when a shipment arrives damaged so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
